Raffle prizes are posted on our raffle website for sale with a specific ticket count or sale period. Each raffle is assigned a serial number or SKU number. Raffles are separated by this number.
Supporter chooses which raffle they wish to participate in by adding tickets to a raffle to their cart.
Tickets will accumulate in your cart as you select them and once you follow the steps in the secure checkout your payment is taken and order is confirmed.
You will receive an email receipt containing your order number. This email may go to spam or promotions so please check those folders. Contained in the receipt will also be digital representations of your tickets you can download.
Confirmation in checkout of an order number is all that is required to confirm your entry into the raffles you selected.
Ticket numbers are assigned in the order you purchase the tickets so the first ticket purchased is 1 and so on.
You can purchase multiple tickets for any raffle and also during any period of a raffles sale.
Once all tickets have sold or the sales period has closed the raffle will be set for a drawing.
Participants will be sent by email the list of entries for an entire raffle including the ticket number, participant name, and order number. This email will also include the set Date and Time of the live drawing. This email may go to spam or promotions however receipt of the email does not effect your participation.
Participant lists and raffle drawings date and time are also posted on our website live stream page, winners page and social media after the raffle sells out and before the drawing is held.
Participants do not need to be present to win any prize.
One or more raffle drawings will be live streamed on our website at the advertised date and time unless the drawings must be postponed as we are still an active emergency response organization.
Once the winner is selected and within 24hrs after the live stream drawing has ended the winners name will be posted on our website's winners page and social media along with photo evidence of the selected winning number.
All reasonable methods will be used to contact a winner within 30 days including email, phone call, text and certified mail, after which time the prize becomes property of NLVFD.
After contacted the winner will have 30 days to collect their prize after which time the prize becomes property of NLVFD.
You will receive an email receipt for your purchase with an itemized list or your entries along with a unique ORDER NUMBER for your transaction. You may also receive a separate email with your section of the ticket which can be downloaded. If you don't receive it please check your spam or promotions folder because it may end up there.
Gift cards and cash prizes can be sent via Certified US Mail but merchandise must be picked up in North Lawrence, Ohio by the winner or their designee unless the item is designated as a "Ship to You" item on the raffle ticket or the winner provides prepaid postage for the shipment. MEGA and DREAM Raffles must be claimed in person at the participant organization location.
