Whether you bring your own design, decide to use one of their customizable plans, or dream up your one-of-a-kind home during a session with their team, a custom home—uniquely yours— is not out of reach.
Home to be built in Capstone Custom Homes build territory (see map).
Home to be built on the winner’s property.
Credit to be used on a build contract with Capstone Custom Homes within 24 months of winning date
Federal income tax on fair market value will be included as part of winning the Dream Home Raffle. 
Winner is responsible for any costs above the $300,000 build package credit which would be payable to Capstone Custom Homes in cash or by bank loan.
In the event the raffle sales slow down considerably or stops North Lawrence Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to sell mini tip raffles to finish the main raffle at our discretion or to stop the drawing and refund all purshases.
Drawing will be from 5000 numbered chips and will be broadcast live on Facebook.
